Based on the information we’ve gone over this week, you are going to develop a ppt based on the following scenario.
You are the training manager of a local department store. You have been asked by the store manager to develop a ppt presentation to teach and instruct new hires on appropriate customer service techniques. You are being asked to teach the new hires, through this ppt. what appropriate behavior at work is with regards to using personal devices while at work & customer interactions. You must identify at least 6 concepts that you want the employees to know and follow. In addition, you are to include 2 scenarios at the end of the ppt. You will ask the employee to read the scenarios and advise them how the company would like them to handle the situation appropriately.
Your presentation should include appropriate design elements and graphics. Save this in Google Drive Slides.
